Single-serve Dishes
Single-serve dishes displayed on the EcoServe GN allow guests to ‘grab-n-go’ so that they don’t handle any shared utensils and feel safe that they are the only person to handle their individual meal. The dishes allow for better portion control and fresher food as dishes can be replenished on a first-in, first-out basis. Three types of dishes are available – 12 SMALL dishes fit on each EcoServe GN, six LARGE or eight SQUARE.
